Another Notepad replacement

Previously I talked about needing to switch over to Motepad to replace Notepad:

Must switch over to using Motepad instead of Notepad for setting up the HTML of my web pages. For some reason Notepad is all of a sudden changing and moving all my structured text as soon as I save. For example:
