An example of really bad marketing: spam is rude

Some idiot bombarded my weblog with 44 copies of the same comment to one of my post yesterday. This is the main part of the comment that was left:

44 times! 44 comments I had to delete. 44 extra e-mails clogging my inbox (and hogging valuable space on my server for a while) and who knows how much time I’ve wasted taking care of someone else’s mess. Looks like for the time being my “Comment Moderation” will be on which means that future comments will be delayed in showing.

Wasted time and wasted money! Besides, bombarding someone’s website is not proper netiquette for what was suppose to be a test for advertising an alternative product. Now I know which website to avoid like the plague.
